Class A Finishing

Warner Custom Coating’s facilities and production lines have been designed to meet the most stringent automotive standards and consistently deliver, when required, exceptional Class "A" Finishing.

To achieve this Class "A" calibre of coating, we augmented our system with an eight-stage pre-treatment wash to ensure proper pre-treatment and a Nordson ColorMax Engineered Powder Spray System for optimal coating application and repeatability performance.

Our system also includes a three-zoned, individually filtered/controlled cure oven that allows for superior control over curing parameters. Our conveyor has also been equipped with a sanitary tray to complete the delivery of a defect-free finish.
