Cooling Tunnels

At Warner Custom Coating, we have a strong appreciation for the major role that heat plays in powder coating. As a result, we have designed our system with not just one, but two cooling tunnels to give us optimal control.

Our "Post Dry-off Cooling Tunnel" allows for forced air which helps to cool products down before they enter the Paint Application Room. This helps to ensure products are painted at ideal temperatures.

Our second tunnel, the "Post Cure-oven Cooling Tunnel", assists in lowering part temperatures once again before they enter the Inspection and Packaging areas. This final cool down is ideal for system operators as it allows them to handle material, properly inspect and package finished product.
