Large Profile Openings

Our system was designed with exaggerated profile openings, which not only allows us to process over-sized product, but more importantly, allows us to increase our efficiencies during high volume production runs of smaller material.

With respect to product size and weight...

Warner Custom Coating can easily handle product up to 16 feet long by 3 feet wide by 7 feet high. It is important to note, however, that our system is flexible. If your product is longer (up to a maximum of 24 feet) we can accommodate it too, providing its width and height are less then we’ve described above.

Individual parts can weigh as much as 1600 pounds.
