Our dual-zoned oven offers ultimate flexibility in the rapid drying of product following Pre-treatment, while providing the ability to manipulate part temperatures for higher film builds, or out-gasses of the product prior to the cure cycle.

Three Zone Filtered Cure Oven

Warner Custom Coating’s cure oven has three separate, filtered zones. Each zone is individually controlled, which gives us better control over curing parameters and efficiencies. This technology allows us to properly set the powders while eliminating potential rejects.
